During our CLC Health Organization Evaluation project, our team used two communication tools to coordinate our work. First, we relied on a shared online document platform, which allowed all members to access, edit, and comment on project tasks in real time. This tool allowed us to track progress, assign responsibilities, and maintain a clear record of our work (Schot et al., 2019). For example, when one member completed a section, other members could immediately review and provide feedback, thus promoting continuity of our project and reducing confusion (McLaney et al., 2022).
