Reflect on your personal and professional values and conscious or unconscious biases that influence your leadership style. What is one strength and one weakness of your leadership style? How does your leadership style impact your relationship dynamics and conflict management approach?
Initial discussion question posts should be a minimum of 200 words and cite at least two references using APA style. Responses to peers or faculty should be 100–150 words and cite one reference. After reflecting on my personal and professional values and on my conscious and unconscious biases, one strength of my leadership style is my ability to listen and be inclusive. I value teamwork and believe every person has something meaningful to contribute. Such a move allows me to create a supportive environment where people feel respected and motivated to share ideas (Bilderback, 2025). Besides, it allows me to build trust with my team, which improves cooperation. However, I have a weakness in my leadership style.
